Our awesome team works hard to process all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) of purchase. Be aware, this might take a bit longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Product Origin

At Casa & Beyond, transparency and honesty are at the core of our values. We meticulously source our products from warehouses in Adelaide, Victoria and New South Wales, as well as directly from China, based on stock availability and demand.

Delivery Timeframes

You can usually expect your order to arrive within 5-12 (Monday to Friday) business days after the processing time, not including any delays with the courier. 

Delivery Delays

If your delivery experiences a delay, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, these delays often happen after your order leaves our warehouses and enters the courier network.

Cancel Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. Our team will promptly confirm the cancellation.

Please note that if more than 24 hours have passed and the parcel has already been shipped, we regret that we are unable to process the cancellation.
